2. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

3. Rules of Conduct & Safety for Physical Services

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, all visitors, participants, and guests must adhere to the following rules during in-person classes or events:

• Supervision: Children participating in sensory activities, play classes, or events must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a drop-off program.

• Outside Professionals and Therapists: To ensure the safety, privacy, and structured environment of our classes and activities, outside therapists, specialists, or support professionals are not permitted to attend or conduct sessions within our facility without prior written approval. We reserve the absolute right to refuse entry or service to any third-party therapist or professional who arrives without advance notice.

• Health & Hygiene: Participants must not attend classes or events if they or the children in their care are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone showing visible signs of illness.

• Photography and Media: We reserve the right to take photographs and video footage during our classes, events, and activities for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. However, we deeply respect your family's privacy. If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please notify our staff prior to the start of the class or event, and we will gladly accommodate your request to opt out.

• Property Damage: You agree to accept financial responsibility for any damage caused to our facility, equipment, or property by you, your child, or your invited guests beyond normal wear and tear.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All content on our Site and provided during our Services—including logos, graphics, text, images, class curricula, and promotional materials—is the property of Lively Hive and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lively Hive, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site, attendance at our venue, or participation in our Services.
