Classes FAQ

Where can I park?
Parking is available in the public lot just a few steps away from our building. There are also street spots available. You can pay with coins, card, or by downloading the app "Flowbird".

Does your staff have clearances?
Yes! Our instructors, leaders, volunteers, and general staff members all have completed child abuse clearances and background checks. In addition, they have done our mandatory staff training. 

What if I miss a class or special event?
We offer one makeup class per child once per season (Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer) with written confirmation. 
We offer a transfer fee for missed special events.

Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes! We offer sibling discounts. You can use the provided code in the registration description or select "sibling" at checkout. If registering for more than two children and there is not an option under the registration please reach out to us.

Friends and family members do not count as siblings. If you are the only adult bringing a child that you are watching in addition to your child, feel free to use the sibling discount.

Do I have to pay for my infant?
If your infant is the only child attending then yes, you will need to pay for them. If your infant is a sibling then they are free until they are 4 months old.

How many caregivers can attend classes?
Each registration includes up to two caregivers per class. There is a fee for additional adults. We do ask that only one caregiver participates for our Tumble Bees Intro class, while the other caregiver remains on the bench.

Can I bring my child with special needs?
Of course, everyone is welcome! We will never turn away a child. Please reach out so we can help find a class that best fits the needs of your little one.

Do you regularly clean the toys and mats?
Yes! All of our large equipment gets wiped down after class and our smaller toys get sanitized weekly. 

Do you have a fire escape route?
Other than the front door, our fire escape is located through the kitchen. 

Is your building and parking handicap accessible?
The public lot is handicap accessible, but feel free to drop any guests off at the front door for easy access to the studio. Our restroom cannot fit a walker or wheelchair.
